Do you have exercise group classes? For now, we have a Strength and Conditioning group class for seniors aged above 60 years old called SuperSENIOR. We have a heart for our seniors in our community who have a higher risk of frailty and falls if they do not remain active and mobile. Exercise is the medicine to combat frailty and reduce risks of falls! Therefore, we designed SuperSENIOR, led by our very own physiotherapist to improve seniors' physical function, strength, balance and overall quality of life, at a very affordable rate. Join our trial class at only $40/person to try it out! Register by clicking here.
